Eli is the member with weakest Korean in the group

Eli was born in LA but moved to Washington DC, where he grew up

When Eli was fifteen he was offered a chance to live in China and pursue his acting career. I think he was offered this by one of his father’s friends/colleagues.

When Eli was in school he had no friends until he made this one friend who was his best friend. When Eli went to China his friend died in a car accident.

Eli’s favourite colour is purple.

Eli was first called a pigeon, not because of the pigeon impression he can do but rather because he really looked like a pigeon. The name stuck because of the impression.

Eli’s favourite foods include steaks/cheeseburgers, spicy foods, pungent cheeses and dragonfruit.

He does not like potato because he was forced to go on a potato diet on which he could only eat one potato a day. It was on Mid Day Break.

Eli participated in the King of Quiz corner on Mid Day Break with Isak for 1 year.

Eli doesn’t like his hair being in his eyes, but he is most popular when he has it in his eyes.

Eli participated in the Thai-Korean drama Autumn Destiny with Kibum. Eli played the part of Joonsu who cared for his unrequited love Jiyoon while she was in hospital. She spent a lot of time in hospital. It was a big role.

Eli was dubbed over in Autumn Destiny. It was a horrible horrible dub.

Eli is the member who has had the widest range of hair colours in U-Kiss.

Eli thinks he is the most handsome member of U-Kiss.

Eli’s family lives in America. His mother moved over to Korea around Bingeul Bingeul times for a short while and lived with him to try force him to go to college.

Eli has three phones including a Blackberry and an iPhone. He recently acquired a Galaxy tab, which he prefers to the iPad.

Eli said on King of Quiz that his father has a Rocketboxx account that he made himself and Eli sometimes uses it.

Eli and Dongho are best friends, that’s why Eli sounds like Dongho when he speaks Korean and Dongho sounds like Eli when he speaks English.

Eli loves piercings and for a while around MMHN and BGBG he was a regular at his local piercing salon. (Rodeo’s Piercing Mind or something like that)

Eli likes to go shopping alone.

He wears Victoria’s Secret Love Spell perfume often, but he has a crazy amount of perfume. He has one that his dad wears because it reminds him of when he dad comes over to Korea.

He also has a wallet almost the exact same as his father’s.

He’s had many iPhone cases, but he had his red one for a really long time.

For a while, his iPhone background was a selca which was very nice from the Vampire shoot day. He never uploaded it anywhere though.

His Blackberry background was this nice picture of him with black hair and glasses, but he never uploaded that anywhere either.

Wanted to be a firefighter when he grows up.

If Eli can be another member for a day, he’d want to be Soohyun, because Soohyun sings really well, according to Eli.

Kevin thinks that Eli is the most easy-going member because of the way Eli’s been brought up in America.

Eli and Hoon are skillful at cooking.

Eli is best at making pasta, kimchi stew, and beef dishes according to Kiseop.

U-Kiss are greatly entertained by Eli’s animal impressions.

Eli is the type that will sacrifice everything for his love.

The members say that Eli is the most popular with women.

Eli goes shopping when he has a day-off.

Eli wants to go to Okinawa.

Eli was shocked by how nice Japanese people are.

A Japanese celebrity that Eli likes is Utada Hikaru.

Summer reminds Eli of travelling.

Eli likes the sea and would like to have fun snorkeling at places like Okinawa.

Eli is recently addicted to Japanese anime.

Eli is the one that eats the most out of U-Kiss.

Eli is considered as the ‘noisiest’ member.

According to Soohyun, Eli is the member that listens to him (follows his words) the worst

Grandmother (halmoni) fans love Eli the most, according to Soohyun and Dongho.

Eli uploaded the picture of him with a Koala March cookie in his mouth because he thought that maybe his fans will send him those cookies when they see the picture.

According to AJ, Eli is very rowdy when they’re on the road.

The reason why Eli likes perfumes and likes to collect perfumes is because he felt that perfumes are strongly connected with memories. When Eli was in China, he used to use a particular bottle of perfume (Gucci Rush) so when he missed his fun times in China, and when he missed meeting with his friends, he’d put the perfume on.

Eli’s first love was a noona he met at his Taekwondo dojang when he was 15, the noona was 18.

Eli likes his eyes but doesn’t like his body, as he feels he needs to diet.

Eli would like to raise a monkey because he feels that monkeys are cute and smart and he would be happy just to have one beside him.

It was Eli’s first time writing lyrics on their BNK album and AJ helped him a lot since Eli has difficulties writing in Korean.

Eli said that working with AJ helped him improve.

If U-Kiss wins number 1, Eli would be teary. He said he wouldn’t cry on stage but would explode when they get backstage.

Eli wants to work hard and succeed so that his dad can quit his job and go live with him in Korea.

If Eli has a girlfriend, he would like to make food for her on the beach like in ‘Boys Over Flowers’.

Eli wants to sing as well as Kevin does.

Eli calls Kiss-Mes “U-kiss’s oxygen”.

Eli wants to be an adult that cares more for others than himself.

Eli would like to become a senior (singer) that is able to help out his juniors and gives advice in various fields.

Eli said that he looks like a bad guy on the outside but he is nice on the inside. He would give everything to the girl he loves but be cold-hearted to other girls.

When asked on Made in BS Japan if there were any failure stories from filming the 0330 MV, Eli said that in the scene where he was supposed to get angry, he kicked a chair, but the chair overreacted and it was rolling all over the place. (“the chair overreacted” was his own words)

If Eli had to confess to a girl, he would sing the song “Baby, Baby” by 4Men to her.

Eli really likes the song “Sorry, Sorry” by Super Junior.

Soohyun said Eli rarely sings when they go to karaoke.

Eli is from Fredericksburg, Virginia. He once joked on twitter that he is the “Ulzzang of Virginia”.

Eli used to like “cool” girls, but now he likes girls with a lovely style.

Eli said he doesn’t like his smile because it doesn’t curl up like a normal smile.

Eli’s favorite NBA team was the Lakers.

Eli likes to eat only the marshmallows in his Lucky Charms cereal.

Eli has 2 sisters. His older sister’s name is Hannah and his younger sister’s name is Minah.

Eli lives alone in Korea.

Eli loves hats and has an entire drawer just for them.
